What’s included…
First we’ll have a discovery call so that you can tell me all about your business and what you hope to achieve through email marketing. We’ll discuss your current email marketing set-up and I’ll share ideas on how it might be improved.
Next, I’ll send you an onboarding questionnaire which will give me all the information I need to get started. This will include your brand guidelines, HEX colour codes, logos, fonts, image library, existing email provider and website details.
If you don’t already have an existing Klaviyo account, no problem. I’ll set this up for you and integrate it into your ecomm store, along with the necessary tracking. If you do have an existing account, I’ll audit your set-up to ensure that everything is in the best shape possible.
Depending on your needs, I’ll then build high-conversion email sequences to nurture you customers from signup, to purchase and beyond!
